Detox Smoothie bowl

So yesterday I got bored and binge ate. Everyone has their own personal struggle with food whether it is what they eat or how much, etc. I can eat really healthy and potion right but when I am stressed or bored I struggle with binge eating. Like eating so much food that I don't even really want to eat till I get sick. It has gotten better over the years and I have learned a lot of control skills to stop myself. That being said, I did have a small moment yesterday. Anyway, this morning I knew I needed to start fresh and I still felt full from the night before but breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I never skip it. So smoothie bowls are all the rage and for good reason. They are delicious, easy and healthy. Today I made a detox smoothie and topped it with half a serving of my protein granola and some extra blueberries. Blueberries are great for memory and have lots of antioxidants. Greens are great to clear out your system and are full of vitamins.
Ingredients:
1/2 scoop Nectar lemonade protein powder
1 scoop greens powder
1/4 C flax milk
1/4 C fat free greek yogurt
1/4 C egg whites
1 C baby spinach
1/4 C cucumber
1/2 C blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Put it all in a blender and its ready! You can drink it plain or you can put it in a bowl and top it with anything you would like!
