Upper body workout!

Hey ya'll! If you are just getting started or have been working out, this circuit is a great upper body workout that you can adjust with more or less weight or higher reps and sets. You're going to be able to hit traps, biceps, triceps, shoulders and little back! Use whatever weight is best for you! Start small and work your way up to more weight.
The reason I posted this workout first is that it's very basic and can be done at the gym or at home! This doesn't require machines of any sort.

pushups 10x
5lb weights
bent over row 20x
shoulder lateral fly 20x
rear delt fly 20x
10lb weights
bicep curls15x
shoulder press 15x
tricep extensions 15x
